The bank will never ask you to reply to an email or to SMS any personal and financial information such as your username, password, credit/debit card number, PIN numbers, or any other sensitive information.
If you receive such a request, kindly do not respond and alert us immediately by email BRAC Bank Support or call +965 1804080.
DO NOT share your hardware/software token password with anyone else
DO NOT use the "save password option" on your computer
DO NOT write down any password or reveal it to anyone, including bank associates
If you feel your Online Banking ID or Password has been stolen or compromised, change your password immediately. Call our 24- hour call center-16221(Local callers) or +880255668056(Overseas callers) to lock account in case of id or password theft
The Software token can be used 1 time only. It is not possible to reuse or reinstall this token in case of device software upgrade/factory reset/change of device settings etc
Change your password regularly. We recommend changing your password every 60 to 90 days
Three wrong attempts will lock your Internet Banking user ID
Multiple sessions are not allowed for same user. Always use Logout option available in Internet Banking menu. Otherwise your User ID will be blocked for 3 minutes
